Been too long

It has been way too long since I have been on here!! I really have not make time to blog...holidays were busy and basically my status is always on FB. We had a wonderful Christmas and New Years, but the weather stopped our normal travels a bit but we still enjoyed the holiday. Hailey is playing basketball and I am coaching her team again with Andrea...we are currently undefeated!! Go Crush!! Hope is in Hip Hop dance classes which she is loving and poor little Gracie has not been able to join anything yet.....but hopefully soon. Schedule as follows: Mon-basketball

To say that we are bankers and taxi's would be an understatement!! I know someday I will miss this, so I am enjoying this time while I have it!! I am not going to complain either because watching the girls grow into spiritual athletic little girls is very rewarding. God has truly blessed this family and I am thank full everyday for it. As for Josh and I, we look at each other with a promise of at date night once every to every other month....when we can squeeze it in because it is important for sure!!

Magical Vacation

We went to Florida for 9 days....it was a LONG time to be away from home, but we had such a great time together making wonderful memories!! We went to the Premiere Outlet Mall, had some dinner at Kobe's one night, went to all four Disney Parks, and both theme parks at Universal Studios. We all really enjoyed Universal Studios, there was something for us all....Our 1st day to the Disney Epcot. Gracie had her princess luncheon. She really seemed to have fun, at on she said "they are real and not just a cartoon!!" It was so sweet!! We had a wonderful day at Clearwater Beach, weather was beautiful and the scenery was too!! The girls and Josh made a sand castle and Josh let them bury him in the sand. I searched for sea shells with the girls and we collected lots to bring home. This was truly a magical vacation!!!

Taylor Swift

This was the BEST concert ever......$75 tickets....$25 t-shirts.......smiles on the girls faces :) priceless!!

This girl is a class act, she was on stage 2 hours and 10 min. She went through the middle of the crowd hugging her fans and shaking their hands. She changed outfits 7 times and not trashy ones either and that is very important to me since she is a role model. I am so thankful stardom hasn't made her go down the tubes like most of the other stars(role models out there.) So to sum it all up....I had such a great time with my girls and our girlfriends that went with us, thanks so much girls.....

Wow

Okay so I picked up Gracie from school the other day and of course she had a few things to say about her day. This is how it went:

Me: Hey how was your day today
Grace: Good
Me: What did you do
Grace: I don't know, I was hot waiting for you so long
Me: I am sorry, I had to wait in line to get you
Grace: I was just sitting there chewing on my backpack strings
Me: (about to hurl)We just talked about gross germs and how they spread and there are lot's of them on your backpack, that was so disgusting.
Grace: Well, next time I guess I wont tell ya then huh???
Me: speechless....you know kids do say the darnedest things :)

Kansas City

We are back from Kansas City.....we took an all girls trip with my sister and my niece. We had soooo much fun.
Friday we went to Worlds of Fun....fun for all ages!!

Saturday we went to Oceans of Fun and dinner at the T-Rex cafe, that was lot's
of fun. The food was not that great, but the scenery was awesome!!

Sunday back to the mall were T-Rex was and did some shopping, this was a
pretty neat mall.
All-in-all, we had a blast, kids were good, not too much fighting and only one grumpy day :)

Hula Hooper

This was Grace's first time ever playing with a hula hoop......my kids are all hula queens, I have a hard time even hula hooping and they rock at it!! Funny you hear Hope say "does daddy know about this" like it is top secret or something....kids are sooo funny. Im so proud of the small stuff they do, im a proud mom :)

Water Park Thursday

We had a really good day in Muskogee, we visited w/my Granny and Chuck, lunched with my Dad, visited my Mamaw in the nursing home, and went to the water park!! The weather messed with us a bit, but it didn't stop the fun times......here are a few pics of the girls funnin in the sun :)

If you haven't been to the Muskogee water park, you have to try it out. adults are $6 kids are $5.....inexpensive fun!!
